Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50 We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available — please contact us for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. The Focus Chamber is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
